How long does delivery take?
We ship your order with DHL within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within Germany usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Shipping is free on orders from €49.90; below that, it costs €4.90.
Which payment methods do you accept?

What's the best way to store the chocolate?
Ideally at 18 to 20 °C in a dry, odor-free place, protected from light and large temperature fluctuations.
Will the products melt during shipping in summer?
We pack your order with care, but chocolate is still sensitive to heat. Our tip for warm days: choose a delivery address where you can pick up your parcel quickly, then store the chocolate somewhere cool right away.
