Orders & Shipping

How do I place an order?

Pick your favorites in the shop, add them to your cart and complete your order at checkout. After ordering, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

When will my order arrive?

We usually ship your order with DHL within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within Germany then usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany costs €4.90. For orders of €49.90 or more, shipping is free. Find out more on our Shipping & Payment page.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only deliver within Germany.

Can my chocolate melt during shipping?

We pack your order carefully. Still, chocolate is sensitive to heat. Our tip for warm days: choose a delivery address where you can receive your package quickly, and store your sweets somewhere cool right after unpacking. If something still isn't right, just get in touch with us.

What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

If the outside of the package is damaged, it's best to have the driver confirm it. Then email us as soon as possible at info@muuah.de, with photos if you can. We'll take care of the rest.

Payment & Invoice

How can I pay?

You can see all available payment methods at checkout. Your payment details are processed by the payment providers at checkout and are not stored by us.

Can I pay on delivery?

No, cash on delivery is currently not available.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. You'll receive your invoice as a PDF by email at the address you entered when ordering. We don't include a paper invoice in the package. That's handy if you're having a gift sent directly to someone else.

Withdrawal & Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal. We pay for return shipping. You can find all details and possible exceptions in our withdrawal policy.

How do I withdraw from my contract?

The easiest way is via our Withdraw from contract page. You can also send us your withdrawal by email to info@muuah.de.

When will I get my money back?

If you withdraw, we'll refund your payments within 14 days at the latest of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you paid with. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown proof that you've sent them.

Products

Which ingredients and allergens do your products contain?

You can find the ingredients, allergens and nutrition facts for each product on its product page and on the packaging. If you're unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please write to us before ordering.

Are your products halal?

Six Seven is halal certified. For all other products, please check the information on each product page.

Do you have vegan products?

The ingredients list on each product page shows whether a product contains animal-derived ingredients. We'll keep you posted about new products on our website and our social media channels.

Where does your chocolate come from?

Our muah chocolates are made in Türkiye. You can find the manufacturer details on the packaging.

What certifications does the production facility hold?

Food safety: BRCGS V9 (LRQA)
Quality management: ISO 9001:2015 (LRQA)

How should I store my sweets?

Store them at 18 to 20 °C in a dry, odor-free place, protected from light and strong temperature fluctuations. You can find the exact information on the packaging.

Gifts & Business Customers

Can I put together my own box?

Yes, with our Box Builder you can put together your very own chocolate box. For special occasions or requests, just get in touch.

Can I have my order delivered directly to the gift recipient?

Yes, simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address at checkout. You'll receive the invoice by email; it is not included in the package.

Do you offer deals for companies or larger orders?
