Shipping & Payment
Everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times and payment at muah.
Shipping
- Carrier: We ship with DHL.
- Delivery area: We currently only deliver within Germany.
- Processing time: Your order is usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery: Once shipped, delivery within Germany usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
- Different delivery times: If a product page shows a different delivery time, that one applies.
Shipping costs
- Shipping within Germany: €4.90
- Free shipping on orders of €49.90 or more
Shipping costs are shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.
Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping is charged separately.
Payment
You can see which payment methods are available to you at checkout, where you can select your preferred payment method. Cash on delivery is not available.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used for your order. If you withdraw from your contract, we will refund all payments no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal. We pay for return shipping. You can find all details in our withdrawal policy. The easiest way to withdraw is via our Withdraw from contract page.
Tip for warm weather
Chocolate is sensitive to heat. When it's warm outside, it's best to choose a delivery address where you can receive your package quickly, for example your workplace or a DHL Packstation near you. Unpack your sweets right after delivery and store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Damaged package?
Please take a quick look at your package on delivery. If the outside is damaged, it's best to have the driver confirm it. Then please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@muuah.de or by phone at +49 7045 507 14 33, ideally with a few photos. We'll take care of sorting it out with DHL. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
